Are you able to post those dyno sheets on here?
What were you and your friend doing about ignition timing?

275hp & 306tq - 1999 2.2 ohv
13.2 @ 108 mph
-1996 2.4 liter + Turbo + Built motor + Torco + More boost = Lots o' Power
-2000 Mustang GT + 2004 Cobra motor, Whipple 2.3 supercharger,
built rear-end,Dodge Viper spec T56 6 speed, bolt-ons = wheelies at the track!!!!!

so 20 psi is definetly something that my car should handle with all the internal work getting done. i would try for more but i dont know if the cylinder walls will takea lot of pressure. i know my motor is built tough but i dont know, would hate to bring it to he breaking point even though i have a spare block.

I wouldnt see why the cly walls would be a probably if you can keep the motor from detonating.... 2.2s = iron block.

very true, now i would have to go externally gated for psi that high correct? and also is it possible to find a .63 a/r turbine housing with a stage 3 wheel, 60 trim, 60 compressor housing and have a 3"exhaust outlet or is it only possible with the bigger turbines?

You will probably have to go with a bigger turbine housing if you want a 3 inch outlet. The biggest that I have seen is 2.5 inch. I do not see why you would need to go bigger on a 2.2. Alot of people are using the T3s with the 2.5 inch outlet

i just figured the 3" would get a lot of of the exhaust out, but it makes sense cause if your not making enough exhaust with the smaller turbine than a 3" would be a waste.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33742&item=7955465684&rd=1 alright this is a garret turbo i think it might do the trick but it also seems kinda big any suggestions would be great.

I was running 20 psi on 3 2.3L 4 cyl Ford turbo's. 2 Mustangs & a Tbird. T3 turbo's w/ top mounted intercoolers. Those cars was old but they handled the boost no problem.

2004 Cavalier Coupe 18" Miglia 1000's, black/grey.

That compressor housing is one size up from mine. That turbine housing is also larger than mine. I wouldnt be surprised if it was pretty laggy on a 2.2, but I wouldnt know forsure. The opening of the turbine housing look kind of funny. If I were you, I would try to stay away from used turbos from ebay, especially ones that are pricey. I have had a bad experience with that. Lets just say that I bought a $660 paper weight last spring.
