I just bought a turbo kit for the ecotec for about $800. I got a great deal but am not sure how much boost my otherwise stock ecotec can take. It is a t-3 garret. What size waste gate do you sugest. What other mods do you suggest with the turbo kit.

vortech fmu 12:1 or 10:1

38mm wastegate is a commonly used one

you'll need oil return and feed lines

msd would help out as well as a safc injectors and a fuel pump..

basically read the faq... or do research within the boost forum, it has helped me and should help you too

actually you might be better off with an adjustable fmu from cartech, actually now known as BEGI from what I have been told.

you also need spark plugs, autolite 103's is what I plan on purchasing
