now i know this is a repost but i cant find the original thread. i wanted to know if the turboed engine from that place will be compatible with an 03 eco. its putting out 290 hp and 260 tq. to me thats awesome. im sure they built the engine up as well to hold all that boost. my question is. would it bolt right up? im sure the computer wouldnt recognize this though...would it? here is the site.

I'm sure it would bolt up, but I don't think the kit would fit, since it was designed for use in sand rails.

yeh i was thinking that. they make a street package, so it made me think that you could drop it in. i think those are some pretty impressive numbers they are throwing down and if they lowered their price and did some changes to that kit, maybe some ppl on here would buy the engine already with the kit on it.

on their site it states it comes with Delphi ECM, Wiring Harness, and All Necessary Sensors... so it doenst really matter if the computer would recognize it or not

not a bad price at all though, considering a crate ecotec runs around 2k then everything it would take to build it: pulleys, belt, p/s pump, a/c pump, starter, alternator, turbo kit, internals, fuel management, etc.
