I have a buddy that works at a dealership in the parts department. He was surfin around and found the part # and price for the ECOTEC S?C kit. It comes with all the necessary hardware, hoses and a re-flash. I am at work right now so when iI get home I will post the part # and the list price info that he gave me.

GM PART # 12498660
CATEGORY: All
PACK QTY: 1 CORE CHARGE: $0.00
GM LIST: $2,850.00
OUR PRICE: $1,995.00
DESCRIPTION: SPCHG KIT

Thats from GM parts direct... Not enough of a description but you can add it to your shopping cart. Could just be the supercharger itself for the eco, which you can buy for the redline if you need to replace it.

www.gmgoodwrench.com doesn't recognize the part number though.

For a few k$ more - how about the whole 2.0SC engine?

Has anyone plugged this puppy into a cav yet? I've been searching the forum but haven't seen anyone doing this swap. If someone can steer me in the right direction, it would be appreciated. I'm thinking it might be cool down the road w/ my 2005 sv. The total swap might cost more than I paid for the car originally! (but it still might be cheaper than a new Cobalt-SS or SRT-4.)

the part number 12498660 is the part number for the 2.4 supercharger kit, NOT the 2.2 eco supercharger kit.

Oh man. I'm holding back but I have to use my quote of the day

" Don't hold your farts in. They travel up your spine and get into your brain, and that is where Sh**** y ideas come from"

It's just now cutting it's teeth.
