water in/out on my turbo

I dont plan on using the water in/out feature to cool my turbo's center section....so do i really need to plug them? can i leave them open and exposed ? waht would really go wrong if i dont plug them??

Not much really, most of the water sections of turbo's are straight through, no bearings or moving surfaces, so it would just get a little dirty in there, not much else.

yeah i didnt think i needed to plugem...i went to a couple different stores and found out there metric threads...no biggy but im tired of running around for stupid plugs hehe anyways i didnt think there would be a prob leaving them as is.... the paths for the water in runs around the whole center section and then comes out the other side so really nuthin is exposed..
