i put on my cav conn kit and it has about 8000 miles on it and it is cracking at the head and down pipe . has this ever happened to you ? and will they warrenty this ? hopefully it is fixable.

I would contact them directly, but i have never heard of anybody having problems with there stuff. Is it just a cast iton turbo manifold or the tuned turbo header they sell?

I know Adler has there header and no problems as far as i know of yet.

You are not the first that this has happened to James. Contact Leo at Cav Conn and see what he has to say about it. They are working on revamping this header anyways
