i am now running my intercooler piping for my custom turbo setup on my ecotec, and i was wondering what kinda heat abs plastic from a place like home depot can handle? It is very inexpensive and i wasn't sure if that is what our manifolds are made of. if someone knows how much heat that abs plastic can handle that would be awesome.

depends on the density of it. some of them are soft (apply a heated element and it'll melt quickly) versus others are very dense, and for example like our intake manifolds aren't that easy to melt.
