how much boost can you run on a 2.4 5-speed that has about 130k on it with a rebuilt head and alot of other bolt ons without blowing it up. head includes, cams, valves, springs, lifters, p&p. please let me know. thanks.
im doing 8psi outa a T3 and Front mount (plus fuel upgrades). but only 43K. id say around the same if you do all the correct fuel mods and everything.
You cant really tell. Just get a compression test done to check out ur engine. If everything checks out good and u do it right i would say u could do as much as 5spdz.

i've seen people running 14 psi to a bone stock bottom end LD9 with fuel system mods. i've seen a bone stock mustang 4.6 take a 150 shot street racing every weekend for 6 months with no troubles. doesn't mean something bad won't happen to you. if you have 130k, get a compression check, at least pull your motor apart before you do it and make sure. because no matter what when you boost, you're pulling that motor apart some time or another.
