just wondering whats the max psi neone is running and what numbers they threw down on the dyno? i threw down 224 hp and 236 ft.lbs at 5134rpm at stock 9psi, but ive done other mod's in my second gen bird

I think Mike K was the most proven, 410whp.

Mike K. was running between 22-25psi on his 410hp pull in his 1999 2.4 liter. I just found this out, but before he did the 410hp tune, the boost would spike to around 28-30psi




275hp & 306tq - 1999 2.2 ohv
13.2 @ 108 mph
-1996 2.4 liter + Turbo + Built motor + Torco + More boost = Lots o' Power
-2000 Mustang GT + 2004 Cobra motor, Whipple 2.3 supercharger,
built rear-end,Dodge Viper spec T56 6 speed, bolt-ons = wheelies at the track!!!!!

Look out for me throught the year, im near copying his setup.

ahah and they say 2.4L's are weak. GreenFire do you have any pictures of your engine build? i love seeing thoughs kinds of pictures.

Here is what i have so far I actually only have the header, downpipe, and block. But that is what it will look like soon. I will have step by step pics of it soon. 1 1/8 individual piping collected at what will be a t3/04 flange and a 3" dump with wastegate dump. Also already 20 over bore, which will be bored to a 40 over.

It has been over 1 1/2 years since Mike put down those numbers. I am surprised that no one with a 2.4 block and 2.4 head has been able to match his numbers yet. There have been a few people saying that they will, but no one has done it yet.

Im also kinda suprised, but sense nobody has in that time im kinda iffy if anybody will before me.
