It's been so long ago, that I posted this message. Finally, I got something up and would like to share. You may download the software here

http://12.22.230.41/MicroTech/Host/Files/eManage.Tools.Alpha.zip

This is what I've written so far. Allow WO2 input from 1/2nd Airflow input, Greddy Sensor, or TP input. Add some gauges and A/F ratio graph. You may download and test out yourselves.

Hau.

AWESOME NEWS!!! I sooooo cannot wait for my friggin WB02 kit to come in from Aussie land. Should be here sometime next week.
Here's a screenshot of the software(Pardon the size):

Dude I might try that today, I have the plx wideband. Do you just send the wideband signal output to the input on the 2nd air meter? Is there a wire diagram or anything?

this is awesome, If I get it to work I will let you know.

wow thats awsome, that will hook up to any wideband with an output i take it?
cause i got a PLX M300 sittin here and gettting a e-mange right away, so thats awsome news

Well I installed it took, 15 min to hook up. It is f-ing awesome. I havent driven the car under boost yet but let it run and watched every thing monitor and it is sweet! I think there are some bugs in it though. I was not to successful with the auto tune but like I said I have not driven it down the street. I was not able to graph and save the wideband signal on a graph, but it did record and the files are saved in an excel spread sheet. You can't run the original emanage support tool at the same time as the wide band support. But, it is still AWSOME. This is getting really good.

I am going back out to work on it and I will take her down the street to see how every thing works out. I will Keep you all updated.

Well guys I am very impressed. This works very good. This is a massive step for the emanage. I went out and did a couple of pulls. The auto tune works good. You input the A/F ratio that you want under load and it does maintain very close to that ratio. I still have a rough curve in the injection map but here is some data that I recorded fou you so you can get an idea of how helpful it is. The MAF In 2(v) is the wide band voltage. I honestly can't believe this is happening. This helps with tuning sooo much. Within 5 minutes with this new software I did more progress than in five hours with no new software. Thanks for the find Mr. Pute this is the best damn info for the emanage that anyone has found. Keep up the good work. I hope all of you get to use this feature.

can emanage be used by itself with this program on a turbo motor, or do i need anything else for engine management (i have a vortech fmu as well)

looks as though you need to pull a little fuel from 3766 rpms to 4256rpms, other wise looks pretty good to me, the thing that worries me is what if you have your throttle at like 50% but still hitting say 6psi would it compinsate for this with changing the fuel curve so it doesnt lean out or become to rich, if it does compinsate how does it go about doing so

The wire you are looking for is the yellow wire on the main harness of the emanage. In the manual it is labled air flow meter in put 2. That is what you hook the wide band out put up to. The auto tune was set to come on at 90% throttle to maintain a 12:1 A/F ratio. you can change when it comes on and what A/F ratio you want.

The additional injection map should be tuned for boost/rpm using the greddy boost sensor to add fuel. That is, you tune the car with the additional injection map for the desired fuel. Then the auto tune uses the air flow adjustment map to make adjustments in the vehicles map sensor so, the only way you can go lean is if you input a lean fuel curve in the additional injection map. The additional injection map should be tuned first, then the auto tune in a way fine tunes it on the air flow adjustment map. Then you can save that data on the wide band support software then load it into the Greddy support tool software and save it there and export it to the main unit to have it set and saved on the support tool software and loaded in to the main unit. Then you are basicaly done unless you want to change it more.

Haha! Christ Jamie. I had to read that sentence a couple times to make sure I got what you were saying. hehe

I got my Tech Edge wideband O2 kit finally in the mail yesterday. It only took nearly a month to get the damn thing here from Australia Whatever. I should have it built within a couple days or so. I'm estatic about this new software.

i was just wondering, if you dont have pin 10 hooked up, will everything get messed up when it only reads half rpm?...n where can u get another computer pin so u can take advantage of that full rpm signal...and mr pute im stile alitle confused about where to put the 330 ohm resistor...my map sensor has a orange wire. brown and green i was wondering whee it should go, by the sensor or near the computer, and between which wire..
thanx guys
this software sounds TOOO good 2 be true omg
but yah if u could get bak to me on this i could get everything installed, thanx alot

I sell pins for $10 off of a perfectly good harness I have. I gotta make the money back on the harness so I have to charge something for them. If you want one, hit me up on AIM (The Pute 2).

If I had to guess (and DON'T guess on this), the orange and green are the two you want. To make sure though, take a voltmeter and check to see if you are getting voltage over the brown and orange lines (I think the green is the signal wire). Whichever two wires you get voltage over are your ground and power wires. The voltmeter should read a positive number if the probes are on the right wires (red probe being your power line and black being your ground line). If the number is negative, you have them reversed.

Again, you need to bridge the power wire with the signal wire to get it to work properly.

I'd also like to report that Jeff Filkins (Kane5576) got his E-Manage working properly yesterday with the resistor trick.

i think this should be added to the boost FAQ, along with a list of wideband setups that have outputs that will work with emanage

I have the Dyno Jet Commander working through my Electromotive Tec 3.

It offers the system full 02 feedback........

From the people that I have talked too...it will work with Emanage, because of its outputs.

Anyway.... I am really happy with it....

It also comes with a Guage, that you do not need to have the computer on.

Remember.....the Wideband O2 is only as good as the tuner. No mater how good of a system....it is still telling you after the fact of what just happen to your motor.

I am still running a EGT to tune the Ignition timing on the car under a heavily loads (18.75 psi.) and WOT.
