Where is the best place to get the LSD for my car?
Sunday, February 27, 2005 2:05 AM
I have a 2001 Sunfire with the 2.4L 5spd in it. I am trying to build up my transmission and i want to get rid of that 1 wheel spinning crap. I want better traction so i am wondering where is the best/cheapest place to order a LSD unit for my car?

I think Quaiffe might make one but I'm not positive.

Anyone know for sure?

Weasel, You are right.

Quaife does make a LSD for the F23 Getrag, but you are not going to find one cheap ( under 1k )

PG is what I have installed. Get the upgraded green springs. Does pretty good.

well i like the $290 price of the one from High Rev motor sports.. i think i am going to go with that one... as for the install.. my dads buddy works at the gm dealership and does all the work to my car that i cant do my self... And he said he would install it on his spare time along with my clutch

gm makes one for the f25 that should work.. not positive though.. it will be much higher quality (no spring garbage, so quiafe style), but a bit more expensive, than the PG
