I bought mine from Autozone.

P.S. Don't buy yours from Autozone. Use the places ^ listed.

Yeah, it was $900 for a brand new rebuilt.

Took them a month and a half to get the right one in (had 3 come in, all wrong).

Then, after I got it on, the axle seals started leaking... They wouldn't pay for it because for some reason it wasn't included in the "if anything breaks we'll pay for it" warranty.

Then... if that wasn't enough, the seal that separates the transmission from the bellhousing started leaking fluid. They said they would get me a new transmission if I wanted it, but they told me to go @!#$ myself when I asked them what they were going to do about the labor, which is like half the cost ($600+)... I was in college so I couldn't do the work myself, and they wanted the old transmission before they'd give me the new one...

The warranty guy at the transmission place actually hung up on me on multiple occasions. After a while he just stopped answering his phone. So I called the corporate people, and I'm like "I have a problem with my transm..." and even before I could finish my sentance and explain my situation, I was transferred back to teh warranty manager.

Great service eh?

This is the cheapest place I found:

http://www.manual-transmission.com/

It was like $500 for a rebuilt tranny with a 12 month warranty.

Stupid me I wound up getting the Mantapart tranny - whatever you do dont get that. Definitely not worth the $1300, or all the aggravation that Tim puts you through.
But you live and learn, and I learned never to deal with Mantapart ever again.

Good Luck!

Yeah, they sell a lot of 2.2L isuzu's on eBay, but I have not seen a 2.4L one in a long, long time.
