That Valve Body is for the TH125C, which in later models(Third Gen) is known as the 3T40, which is our 3 speed. The kit isn't actually the valve body, but a plate, gaskets, springs and valve bearings. They are commonly used to modify the fluid flow through the valve body to quicken and firm-up the shift points in the tranny. That kit is probably one of the kits made by Transgo or Superior, both of which are good kits.
