i am thinking about buying a 92 sunbird, and the only problem i really have with it is the low hp engine and the 3 speed auto tranny, im just wondering if its possible/how hard it is to swap out the auto tranny, and put in a 5-speed. also, what are the engine swap options, and how costly are both of the swaps?
more money and time than its worth. I looked at doing it and basically unless you have access to a shop, alot of tools, and a wreaked car with a manual setup that you can strip, find another car.
