can someone post the steps?
i have never done it before
searched a lil bit couldt find much
just a post about what fluids to use
so if someone could help me out w/ some steps

ok at least can someone tell me the recommended fluid?
i have liked Mobil1 ATF and now i use amsoil atf both work great with smooth shifting even in cold weather now i have tried royalpurple syncromax and that stuff was hard shifting when the weather got below 30 deg
they also say B&M synthetic trick shift is good also
as far as changing it there is a plug on to of the trans that you have to remove the S-tube from your intake to acess it is 8mm allen, and the drain plug in on the drivers side of the trans and it is a 8mm allen also. i put just 2 quarts in mine and she is fine.
