i would say its a good price, is that at a GM dealer?

That seems way too low.

I just did mine myself.

Clutch disk&spring with slave cylinder = $360
Machine flywheel = $80
damn GM syncromesh fluid $20
my own labour = $0

Thats $460 CAN just in parts or $345 US. Even without the slave cylinder/throwout bearing that doesn't leave a lot for labour. I'm betting something "extra" turns up while the car is apart.

I'm sorry your misunderstanding my post. I already purchased everything else. THe labor for the install is $300.
