Rear main seal went on my 95 Z24 a while back and I just haven't gotten around to replacing it. Cars been in the garage on jack stands. Decided to get off my but and drop the trans today but there's more to disconnect on the auto than a manual and @!#$ is hard to get to. Throw in the fact that it's a 95 and @!#$ just doesn't want to come apart. I just don't have much in the way of patience these days...

I would have pulled the motor and tranny out together then sperated it and fixed it. To me with a auto it is easier that way.
