ohhh sweeet..... This has been on my list for a while...... the install is what worries me though. I don't trust myself to do it, but I've got some friends that could help, but still it's something I may want a shop to do. What do you think labor would run for this?

Honestly, I cant say for sure. Best bet is to call a Trans shop, or GM Dealership (they will be more expencive, and might refuse to do it)

FYI: I'm out of springs at the moment, should have more in this next week

I would like to thank the JBO for all of your support........ and I havnt forgot about you 3 speed guys...... someone with a spair trans needs to pull it apart, and send me the diff.

I have a trans, but I'd need the diff back afterwards. Would I get a free insert and install out of this?

NVG or Getrag swap time The only sure way to fix the Isuzu is to replace it OR get your hands on a Quaife

Brian,on the 3 speed, you might want to get the internal drivers side driveshaft with that differential, the retainer clip needs to fit on the end of the shaft, inside the differential. On My PG, I had to get one of the blocks machined for the clip to fit. Also note, the axle had to be installed in the differetial, before assembling the transmission, which makes for a more difficult assembly.

Thanks for the heads up...... I had heard of some sort of machining needed on the 3 speeds, but just wasnt sure where...... I believe on the 4 speeds that long inner axle fit right in, no problem.....

***UPDATE***

Now ready to ship F35 (Cobalt SS/Ion Redline w/o Quaife) Team GREEN LSD Inserts...... I will have pics of one installed soon.....

Still waiting on the 3speed Diff to use for test fitting

Also, the F35 Quaife LSD WILL NOT work in the F23 Getrag (compaired the F35 diff to a F23 diff, not even close)
