Karo, I have an autotrans and a B&M. I just need the damn part numbers for the plug ends. They are Delphi "Micro-Pack 100W Sealed Male Connector Assembly, Max Current 7.5 amps", but can not find the correct ones. The electronics and everything is the easy part.

Is there any part numbers on the OEM plugs on the car to reference by. I would think when they casted those in plastic they would have marked them somehow...

Aaron. No there are no part numbers in the molded into the plugs. I would have had plugs already if that were true. I know the family they come from, but CAN NOT find the correct plugs. There are tons of similar plugs, but not the correct ones.
Brad, that really wouldn't help at this time, but thanks.

I wouldn't let the plugs keep you guys from venturing into this... so what if you have to cut and splice a little bit? Just get some connection blocks from Phoenix Contact, mount them on the PCB, and have the customer screw the cut wires on to clearly labeled connector.

I think you guys are focusing on the plugs too much, get the details worked out, how to hook it up is a minor issue.

Ron this is true. The electrical is the easy part. You could figure it out in less than 10 minutes.

sorry i have been busy this week and haven't been able to measure the resistance of the b&m unit. i have vacation next week would ya'll still like me to do it? also people are willing to splice for the b&m i would imagine a few more wires wouldn't hurt. long as the instructions are clear. just let me know.

no prob. looking into it further, they may not include terminals

male:

now if those are the right ones for the connectors, I can't be certain.
