Aftermarket 4t40e shifter
Wednesday, June 22, 2011 4:18 PM
Just wondering if anyone has successfully used an aftermarket shifter on their 4t40e? I was looking at a pistol grip style shifter, like a Hurst, TCI, or B&M. I know they make them for 4 speed auto's with overdrive and reverse lockouts, but just wanted to see if anyone else has ever done something like this.

I have a B&M Pro 4 speed slap shifter. You need to modify the cable ends. It has a T-Handle on it currently. I bought if of Skillz, Jeremy. he had it on his cavalier for a while.
