Automatic hestitent shifting

Lately probably within the past 2 weeks my transmission on my 97 Cavalier 2D hesitates to shift gears very much. Once it hits the speed/rpm where it should shift from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd you need to press very lightly on the gas otherwise it will just keep hitting the rev limiter and wont shift. The only way to get it to shift to the next gear is to press the gas very lightly and accelerate like a 90 year old woman.
About 2 months ago I changed my transmission fluid because it was very old and low. I know I added the correct amount and I have been checking the levels lately and all seems to be well. Any ideas on this before I throw money at it taking it to the shop for a diagnosis?

From what I can gather it should be the Throttle Position Sensor...I decided now would be a good time to take off the throttle body for cleaning and damn did it need it...

So I replaced the TPS and the AIC Vavle while I was at it because mine was kinda old....And I still have the SAME exact problem...
