Looking at the diagram, if you just connect the purple and purple/white wires from the safety switch connector from the A/T you should be fine. Just don't start the car with it already running :p.

There's 2 switches on the clutch assembly.

So... I realize how ignorant this might be but has anyone had problems mounting the clutch pedal when swapping from a 04 auto to a 04 manual? Ive found a place but it just doesn't how I think it does on one that comes stock. Can anyone post some picks of there clutch pedals (on ones that came stock manual)?

Setup:
04 2.2Eco Cav swapping getrag in.

Thanks
-plaz

Stupid question, but did you drill the holes in the firewall for the clutch pedal bracket/clutch master?

Well that's what I said. And why would I be asking a question regarding something I have yet to attempt? The pedal is mounted. IE It is mounted... as in it is done ready to go... as in the master/bracket are mounted. Now hopefully that was descriptive enough. What I am saying is I would like to compare my mounting job with someone else who has done it.

Sorry for being short, but I find the redundancy of saying stupid question then providing a stupid answer kind of hilarious.

I didn't completely understand then.

Here's some pictures from when I was working on that part, not the greatest, but the best I have.

Here you can kind of see the clutch master hole slightly above and to the left of the hole for the wiring harness.

In one of the swap threads there are measurements for the where exactly it goes.

Cool thanks guys.

Nic sorry for sounding like a dick. That post came out way more "dickish" than when I first read it.

Ok guys,
I am needing the parts number for the plastic connecter between the shifting cable (black) and the shifter. Anyone now?

I think it's sold as part of the cable.

Damn, I was afraid of that. Would anyone know the part numbers for the cables then?
