'02 2200 4t40 - slippage during tcc lockup

2002 cavi with the 2200 ln2 and 4 sp auto 74k mi. -

when engine is warmed up and been driving for about say 30-45 minutes or more when doing moderate acceleration my trans seems to slip a bit, say im at 2700 approaching 60, right as its about to lock up it jumps up about 150-200rpms at the worst before fully locking upfor 1/2 sec and then it hits the norm which is about 2150 rpms for mine. i can try to clarify better if needed esp when im more awake.... but anyway, im thinkin fluid change and filter (i hear flushes are terrible in that if not done right they will blow your tranny) esp since i know dealer didnt do it at 34k mi. when i bought it and i havent changed it since i bought it.... think thats the solution, or partially due to this sticking valve i just read about 5 sec ago, or similar issue, or computer flub? comments??? thanks guys and happy holidays

ps - i planned on changing the fluid at 75k mi., between recommend heavy duty use (50k mi.) and standard use (100k mi.) but winter kinda happened, so spring project...

thats pretty normal for a stock 4t40e to do. change the fluid and filter and you'll be fine.
