spec clutches

hey guys my clutch is going so it gives me a good excuse to go and get a new one! i've been contemplating this for a while so now i have a reason. i was looking at the Spec clutch kits. i just have some basic bolt ons (intake, exh...etc) on my car so how much of a difference is there between the stage 1 and stage 2 kits? Turbo Tech has both and the stage 2 is about 60 bucks more. what do u guys think??

Stage 1 is an oem holding clutch, we would reccomend atleast a stage 2.
