Getrag input/ouput shaft seal clarification

Im trying to save some money by ordering these myself, rather than through a tranny shop. I do not want order the wrong ones either, so i thought id ask here.

Im looking at part#'s below on www.rockauto.com

Do we need input seals for the Getrag?
Input shaft seal TIMKEN Part # 222835- rockauto

With the jackshaft setup, we need 3 output seals right?
Output shaft seal TIMKEN Part # 100165- rockauto

They also have input and output shaft repair sleeve(the black seal beside the slave/tob) as well

But they list 3 different sizes, which one is our correct one? and the one we need, is it an input or output?

Input shaft repair sleeve
TIMKEN Part # KWK99111

Output shaft repair sleeve
TIMKEN Part # KWK99138
SKF Part # 99138
NATIONAL Part # 99139

Not sure on the input shaft... but with the output shaft wouldnt you only need two seals for the transmission... then whatever the jackshaft takes... i have no clue what it takes. And the repair sleeves should only be for if you have grooves worn into the shafts..

Thanks Jordan. Yea the Jackshaft takes 1 output seal. I may just let the tranny shop decide if I need the repair sleeve.

Don't know what year your car is but my 89 has a 91 hm-282 and I got my seals from autozone for $3 a piece abd tapped them in. Be sure to put oil on them before tapping them in.

I'm like 75% sure the input shaft seal is Integral to the slave/ TOB. Might be removable but then again I've never tried. I think I have a spare slave or 3 laying around the garage if u need one.

If you are going through autozone order 3 or 4 of them. One I got from them was bent and I didn't realize it till I went to install it. One I damaged trying to install. It isnt hard just have to take your time. You can always return them if you dont use them. Mine I had to order they did not keep in stock. It only took a day to get.
