Stock 16in wheel and tire weight
Monday, February 14, 2005 11:29 AM
I took off one of my wheels the other day to see how much it weighed. I have the 16in polished aluminum rims with brand new rubber. the old rubber weighed in at 20 lbs and the wheel and tire combo (with the new tires) weighed roughly 41 lbs. So 21lbs for just the rim. That seems kinda heavy. Did anyone weigh their aftermarket wheels?

Just thought some people might like to know how much their stock wheels weigh.
