does anyone know? I was just wondering so that I know how my new rims (not yet acquired) will sit as compared to the stocks.. I don't want the rims to stick out past the fenders

A stock 95-99 Z24 wheel is a 16x6 +47. Every other stock Cavalier wheel will be very close to if not the same offset. Most cars on the site have wheels that fall into the 7-8" wide range with 45-35mm offsets without any issues at all. If you're trying to push the limits you'll want to take measurements and do some math first.
