I have an 03 LS that came with the horrible hub caps and they rattle like hell. Dont really want to deal with them anymore. Seen TC wheels are the same bolt pattern, however the inner bore ive heard is off very slightly and can be machined out? Anyone have these installed or any info about fitment? Perhaps pix installed? Thanks!

yeah it needs to be bored out (the center) its very easy and they fit great, a buddy of mine has a sedan with them and i love it. Ill try to get pics.

our bore is 57.1mm

great! do you know what the bore of the tc is? How far is it off how much would a machine shop charge ya think?? Id love to see pix

Scion TC is 54.1mm. So they'd have to be bored out 3mm. I've only heard what a couple of other people have said about cost, which was around $50 per wheel, no personal experience in that being an accurate price though.

Agreed. I paid that much for my aftermarket 17s off of a classifieds website thats like craigslist. haha.

I cant imagine tC wheels would be cheap to start with but I would like a set.

i have these in my driveway....they look the exact same but when u get real close, TC's are rounder and cavalier's are boxier... i dont use them though, i got the 2000 z24 rims i painted black

I was under the impression since the hub carries the weight and centers the wheel, they can't exactly be off...... hence having them professionally machined.

That depends if the Scion wheels are lug or hub centric. Which is something I really dont know.

It would be a bitch of pitch to do it right on your won without the proper tools.
