I wanted something different from the usual Bridgestone Duellers etc that I have normally run...was looking at Pirelli, Continental & Hercules tyres as well.
Have had some General Grabber GT's on wife's Subaru outback which have performed quite well.
Got these AT's for under $170 a corner which was alot better than the $230+ I was getting quoted.
Is early days, but so far excellent grip in wet & dry, pretty quiet for a seemingly aggressive pattern, quieter than my old Duellers but in fairness they were pretty worn & the old D694 pattern....D697 supposed to be quieter.
I look forward to trying these out on the beach...spend most of my time on bitumen though.
