rims offset question

im pretty sure i know the answer to this, but i dont wanna get screwed. so my question is will 17x7 rims with 42mm offset fit ok without any rubbing issues, or sticking out

im on goldlines too

ok, well i think i wanna go a bit bigger than 17's, so heres my next question. will an 18x7.5" rim with a 45 offset fit ok without rubbing with the goldlines?
