I'm looking to replace my seats and my friend (fastone) has a 05 SF that has 2 tone stock seats and looks almost like suede
Can anyone tell me what these ones were called and what model J's came with them?

Graphite interior on the 03-05 Sunfire models are like that. But I think some 03's had that weird pattern in the middle parts of the fabric.
