May be a dumb question, but does the normal triple gauge pillar pod go over the stock a-pillar or replace it? I ask because mine seems more like it would go over it rather than replace it since it has no rear clips. If it goes over, what are most people using to mend the two? Glue, tape, screws?

Mine is a cover over the stock pillar. It has 2 holes in it for screws.

I always used them w/o the stocker underneath...... I just used a self tapping screw in the 2 holes to screw it to the pillar.
