Im having trouble removing the front door panel of my '02 Cavalier. I remove all the screws and start tugging, but i get stuck at the manual window handle. Am i supposed to remove it somehow or does it just pop off?

Yeah, you need to remove it. There's a little C-clip thing in there that needs to be pulled out. They make a special tool for like $5, but it can be taken out without one. If you pull the crank a look in between you should see it.
Convert 00+ headlights to 95-99
i use a sock or a rag, and slip an edge in there between the crank and door, and turn the crank. it will catch eventually

im not sure about the '02 cavy, but some newer ones have amajor problem with that. even the guy at the dealer thought he could use a rag. They do have a special clamp tool fir it though.
