Will any brand hub work with any brand wheel, or most brands?

Some wheels are a 6-bolt pattern so you'll need a 6-bolt hub like MOMO
Others are a 5-bolt pattern like Grant

Among the winners, there is no room for the weak

There is no bolt pattern stock, just a single splined shaft with a nut to hold it on.

As said before if you get a grant adapter you will need 5 bolt and if you get momo you will need 6 bolt.

Most people here go with the momo adapter because there are more wheel options out there.

MOMO 2401 is the part # for the 6 hole adapter that fits the j-bodies.
