Window Regulator Help

the little gear that my window crank handle slides up on on the passenger side of my 2000 2dr sunfire is broke off/missing. what do i have to do to fix this? switch out the whole window regulator or can i just buy the shaft or something? i cant roll my window down on that side and thats very annoying..
