Ram Air Hood and Battle Z Front bumper Installed!!
Monday, February 14, 2005 3:47 PM
I ran out of black primer so the hoods in black and grey right now, i am going to be painting the front end, and the trunk this saturday.... I will also be ordering the sides and a rear bumper and a spal shaved door handle kit at the end of this week, when my money comes in. Any suggestions on what sides and rear to go with? I really don't know what is all out there, and what will line up.

Im also going to cut out the hole in the scoop and put some mesh in it to match the bumper, and then put some blue leds behind it.

I drove almost all the way to chicago from st. louis with no hood on my car in pouring down rain, and didn't get pulled over once.... I guess its not Illegal, cause i passed about 4 state cops.

Oh yeah, Im not really a big fan of the blitz kit because its made for every single car and it always looks exactly the same, but on your car it actually looks prettty good. You did a nice job mounting, and it doesnt point up either! Good job!

you should cut the hood out and make it functional

Nate (ZeeWankyFo): There is two different molds for the blitz front. I like this one better than the other one. The combo that looks good with your exactly same front. Those are Bomex side skirts and not so sure about the rear. It looks like SS type 2 (buddy club).

Love that hood.. Its not illegal to drive hoodless just so you know. You might however get one of those ticket happy cops one day. Just never know..
I like the buddy club sides like posted above. That would look sweet.

ZeeTwankyFo: Thats what it was called on ebay so thats what i figured it was, i still don't have body kits and all down to where i can name them when i see them, but im working on it.

Bagged Cav 98: That will be done here soon, im putting the same mesh in it as the grill, and putting blue leds behind it.

Phewes: I think you may have just picked out my new side skirts for me... those are awesome.

The whole car is going into primer this weekend, i was going to paint the hood and all to match, but im going to wait until i get done with all of the body work.... I will be shaving the handles, antenna, and the gas door, adding aftermarket fenders, and the rest of the body kit.... Im also molding that in. The car will be painted black with silver metallic flake by the middle of summer, and then bagged by the end of summer.... I love my new job!

Looks nice!!

I've got that front and the Buddy Club 2 rear and I just got my BC2 sides skirts in last week. It all looks pretty good together. I've got pictures of the sides held up to the car, I just have to upload them.
