The exhaust was so clean in that pic becuase the car had maybe 250 miles when I had the exhaust done. The piping still looks good, but the muffler is all dinged up from coming in the driveway to low in the rear.

I got the muffler from Jegs. I think it was around $120 for the muffler. IMO get a glasspack put behind the cat. The sound is so much better that way.

Yep.

I too am running 2.25", Magnaflow high flow cat, 27" cherry bomb glasspack, and a 2.25" Magnaflow wide open series muffler.

Old pic when it was first done, stock looking muffler with LS Sport tip , not stock sound-

I just got this one. Although not installed yet, i'm gonna try to tuck it as much as possible behind my LS lips.

Here is the best shot of my Magnaflow exhaust. It's the RK Sport single cat-back system. The install was SIMPLE as heck, nothing to it really!!

Darkstars ... I'm pretty sure it's 3 inch. It's the exact one off of RKs site.

JFORCE1, do you just have the RKSport Magnaflow Cat-back with no resonator? Or do you have a resonator? I bought the RKSport Magnaflow muffler like yours. A couple of days ago I did 2.25" piping all the way to a Magnaflow High-Flow Cat and a Weapon-R Header. I HATE the sound. It sounded 10x better with just the muffler with the stock piping and resonator. Very deep and raspy only once in awhile at high rpm. I want to get a resonator or glasspack and install it to get rid of the raspiness and horrible sound. I hate even getting on it now because I'm embarrassed of the exhaust. It sounds terrible... I should have expected that with a full exhaust... I noticed a few of you guys have the cherry bomb glasspack... Should I go with that? I just want to get something to help with the sound. I want a deeper sound and not that raspiness. Some people just run the RK Mag cat-back with no resonator and I don't see how.... I can't stand it...
Later!

magnaflows on RK dual catback....i really don't like how they sound, to be honest. From inside the car, it's a nice low purring, but when you get on the throttle, it's kinda embarrasing.

I know how you feel Opeth... BTW Joe, or anyone else, where did you get the cherry bomb glasspack? I went to auto zone and I think they have it there...

ECOtecNMotion ... I have the RK 4-2-1 header, magna flow cat and then the cat back system. No resonator and it does sound raspy before it's warmed up. I don't mind it too much though, it's not too bad to me.

Nice rides! Opeth it looks like your mufflers are not lined up correctly. It might just be the angle though, but from that picture the right muffler looks angled down and the left muffler looks angled down. Hot ride non the less
