I would buy a clear set of lenses. I have a spair set of headlights sitting right here beside me crying for me to do something with them.

i have a comment on this topic... everyone says that there isn't enough room for the bulbs and this and that....... think about it for a sec though...... if your making a custom headlight like that why not just extend out the light to fully fill in the gap that is between the hood and the bumber. We sunfires owners know that there is a good 2 inch shelf after the headlight..... FILL IT!!! then you'll have the space inside front to back and a nice smooth front face on the car. Thats just my 2 cents.

I have to agree with john and viper on this. When i made mine i had my heart set on putting in dual projectors as, there is no way to have high and low short of bi xenons with only one unit, and bi xenon = $$$$$$. So afterlots of attempting and moving and cutting etc etc, unless you make an entirely new headlgiht bucket, and mounting brackets there is no way 2 projectors will fit in a sunfire headlight bucket without removing the mounting points for the brackets to attach them to the car, it is not possible with stock parts. You will basically have to remake the entire headlgiht assmebly that is the only way to do it, unless you manage to find insanely small projectors. Not trying to rain on anyones parade, but i have mentoned this in the past in other threads and im sure john and viper have done the same, we are doubted, but i have yet to see results. If you have the resources to redo the headlghits completely more power to ya, but i also think as mentioned, by doing so it will bring the price of them up so high no one will buy them. Im not trying to prevent others from having projectors, i see whiteboy has made a set similar to my own, but duals are MUCH more difficult than it seems, it has nothing to do with how far they stick out, its what you have to cut out of the bucket, and that being the mounting points for the brackets. I had to make new mountign brackets for the set i made for lowfire(see his thread in this forum) they were not pretty, as they were welded steel, but after much adjusting and redoing they do fit and line up damn near as good as the stock brackets did, so that can be done, but redoing the entire thing is a chore, i had enough trouble makign brackets alone. Just a heads up, not doggin on anyone or trying to shoot you down, just leting you know before hand. Sorry for the read BTW

Yup, the work 96sunfireconvt put into helping me build my projectors is unreal. But damn they are gorgeous.

While I was doing my part on them, I saw how much room there was to work with, and just one projector housing was a project and a half. If someone can do it, more power to them, but like said already the price will be unreal.

Good luck though

I think that the 2 large lights looks best, It would also be good if there was an option to upgrade to HID with that setup.

honestly, i prefer the look of the single unit myself, esp with an eylidded hood. If one were able to find a decnt price on a set of bi xenons it almost might be cheaper to go with a single bi xenon unit over 2 normal projector units, as not as much recontruction would be needed and not to mention the fact that the light output would be CONSIDERABLY better. From my understanding bixenon = THE lighting for headlights. Just another idea, although a costly one.
