the camaro is gone, kind of @!#$ty as i was getting attached to it, but now we have 2000.00 to find a cheap fiero that needs an engine (i have a donor in the current fiero) and a nice 3.8/4.9. will have pics soon.
ok, the kid who bought the camaro snagged my fiero and bronco keys , then refused to return them, after a month i purchased a new ignition and installed,after installing i went to start it and found that someone stole my compressor hose to siphon all of the gas out of it, then i went out there a week later to work on it and my brother locked the doors, so after that was all solved i put gas in it and go to start it, on the first try, i hear the fuel pump go out.
after dropping the tank and replacing everything has worked fine.
i have someone driving a 2.8 SE auto with a whole pickup full of parts down here wednesday for 560.00$ and possibly a v8.

And how in the @!#$ do you move that engine hoist around in the soft grass?? I have a hard enough time in my driveway
i dont, when the cradle was ready to come out of the bottom i kicked it off of the stands and had a buddy help me yank it out of the side. thats where it still sits. when its ready to go back in i am going to make a cheap 4x4 platform with large wheels and roll it back in. in the third pic you can see the strap still in the engine bay, unlike all other cars on this one you have to lift the chasis off of the engine cradle.
i called 3 different machine shops today and they all said they could machine a flywheel for me. so i drove around 100 miles today between the three places and they all shot down the job. one from archies v8 kit is about 375.00 usd, i guess thats what i will be purchasing next week.
at the last machine shop, while the guy was dicking me around he mentioned ''this flywheel has a different bolt pattern'' i couldnt help but to snap at him and inform him that that's why im at a @!#$ machine shop!!

God, I miss my 85 Fiero GT.....even with that little 2.8, it was a blast to drive. Put some more pics/vids up!!!

When I get home I'll make a vid of it running, can't drive too far though no tag on it. I'm saving that and the insurance money to build it up. After the credit cards are paid back off by next month its getting some brake upgrades and rims. I'm undecided on paint though, was considering taking a week vaca and doing an American flag across the whole thing.
