so after i finished my headlights it made my stock fogs with hid look @!#$ty so after i saw the projector fogs in the HID crash course thread i decide to do something about it.










the lenses of the stock fogs are painted from the inside and outside.

and some output




and with my fx35 retrofit

Very nice with both style and functionality

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?

Cant say i have seen your car before but it looks nice. I guess i kinda copied you without knowing so what projectors did you use in the headlights and fogs? and are they all hid?

Thats my old 2003...for the headlights i used r32 projectors and the fogs i used alero fog lights. No, they were not hid... I was going to get a kit but the car got totaled.

Well they werent really lined up last night so i had to take them off and align them

Your car looks absolutely gorgeous, and those lights give make it look evil . Very nice job with the fogs. It's nice to see them aimed correctly. All to many times I drive down the road only to be blinded by foglights.

only thing i bought besides the kit was a HID kit but i have had that for almost a year ow

do these things wire up directy to the stock fog wiring? what kind of bulb is in it?

the set comes with a 800 series GE Bulb.... as per what the seller told me... but it also comes with all the wiring needed to hook them up... however if I'm not mistaken they will accept the 880 stock bulb... so it should work with a stock set up (atleast i'm hoping it does)

all 800 series bulbs have the same mounting points the only differences are some bulbs are higer wattage and some have a right angle plug for the wires and some have a straight plug. any 8xx bulb will work in these

I think I'm going to have to copy your idea... but i'm going to try it with sunfire fogs.... hopefully it looks decent... how'd you get the lens off?? oven?
