hopefully i'll get to meet you this year. if the cav's not ready i'll just be driving something else out there.
wow man looks good. take care not to get a lot of resin on those headlights, you will notice that they will begin to bubble, even thru the duct tape.
Oh gosh, dont remind me of that mini hurricane!

lol oh come on, it was still fun. i found it ironic though that i didn't get any damage from it and i was the only one under construction. sucked hard for those who did. still had a blast. can't wait for this year!
joe-HI!!!! lol
I haven't been on here much lately, and my car has just sat there untouched in forever now...I've lost all ambition in my car.
John...are you using screws to attach the fiberglass to the metal fenders there? I have a nice dime sized bump on my quarter panel where a screw was used...it sucks! If that's a screw take that thing out now before you run into trouble like I have.
I'm still iffy on the plans for the bash...still working out the details...just not sure what's going on right now.
YOU WILL GO! that is what's happening. end of story! lol
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

vince-yes, i'm using screws. i've been using screws the whole time. i grind the heads flat and the glass over them. i haven't had any bubbles yet and it's been out in the sun a lot. besides, idk how to hold it on any other way while i glass the pieces together. i do appreciate the concern and i agree with jlaudio-you WILL go to the bash
jlaudio-when are you planning to leave for the bash? you'll probably be heading right through my area of ny unless you're going across northern ny and then cutting down. let me know your route and when you're leaving. i'm heading out sometime thursday and it's a little over 10 hours for me to get there.
You got MS Streets And Trips? If you do plan a route from Old Town, ME to Xenia, OH and that's the route I'm taking. 90% of it is I-90. I'm leaving my house around 5 or 6am

car looks good man. keep up the good work. you can name the car sid now. the sloth off ice age thats what the front end looks like now lol.
jl-i don't have that program, but if you're taking i-90 you'll be passing about an hour and a half north of me. i'm about an hour north of nyc. i'm cutting down through pa and going across. probably taking i-80
