Just wanted to join the trend of bash ready updates, except I won't exactly be "bash ready" but I will be there
Anyway, I decided to scrap the original idea on the BC2 front
. Instead i went ahead and bought this:
Last pic has one of the additions that will be coming later.
Didn't like how it fit (or didn't) so I got a bit crazy.
And after lots of working to make it "pretty":
One skirt on (kinda ran over the other one one day...nothing terrible but no pics) and some shots of the rear:
That still needs a bit of glass yet.

Most of it has some fitment issues here and there which will be assessed after the bash. I really just wanna get it there in 1 piece. Still lots of work to do before its up to my own standards. I've still got a few things I wanna do to it to make it stand out a bit more and not be so plain, but that comes with time and money - and a little help from some friends.
I also won't have that hood on either. Its definitely seen better days. Might just sand it down and paint it. Not having a winter beater and/or other hood has taken its toll on it.
So that's where I am as of today, if anyone cares. Haha.
My 00 Yotas are faded as well. I may just paint them. However my 95-99 are in surprisingly good shape considering they are from a scrap yard car.

Looks good! The original rear bumper is an 03+ base right? Just a thought what if you grafted the filler panel part (don't know what else you would call it but the part that swoops out to the bumper below the tails) from the 03+ bumper onto that rear to give you that 03+ recessed trunk look. It would make the rear flow more smoothly than the jutting out of the bumper on there.
