this is the lowest it got? even with the toyo fenders?

this is how mine looked when i had air. at zero PSi.

If its the newer style easystreet bags, thats the lowest they go. What Phlatcav did was cut off the ears that mount to the spindle and reweld them an inch higher.
Lookng really good man.

yep they are the new easystreet design. not as low as previous! and one thing i found out that i didnt know is that the toyos are wider but then arent as low of a fender. hence the wheel gap compared to a stock fender. oh well ill have to mess with moving the mount tabs on the strut

Ohh this is awesome. What are you going to do about the gas door? And poo on you for somehow nabbing two Xtreme tuner kits

Re: Project: Drop Top

just somthing i was thinking about. to make it look two tone, you could get the pillers around the winshield wrapped in carbon to bring the hood and trunk all together. and possibly get the covers that hide the roof when its put down wrapped in carbon also. Liking the progrss on the car it will look great when your done.

well i think ill just have to make a piece to fill the gas inside the trunk. well i only have two kits because of an accident back in 07

yeah ive thought of that. just dont have anyone around close to wrap stuff in carbon fiber. thanks for the ideas man!

well havent got much more to update but did finally get a rear bumper, front grill bowtie piece, and nabbed a set or rear graphite panels with seat belts! no more tan!

i wouldnt say it was the fenders as mush as the new strut i had to cut n reweld mine to make it go as low as it did before thats what u should do too it will look alot better and you will still get a good lift from it

yeah the strut needs cut and modified but the toyo fenders are a lil more higher. they have to be since the same strut was on the coupe and the fender was a lil lower than the top of the tire.

lol glad i can help with that

yellow22 wrote:Fix those bags lol. That's crazy that they sit so high now I'd be pissed cuz the old ones pretty much lay out

well part of me didnt wanna make my 13s coupe a 16s car again. soooooo this is my plan!
