Question, do you know if you get good oil pressure out of that port on the exhaust cam for your turbo(im assuming thats your turbo feed)?

My oil pressure sensor was on this port last year , I have 90 psi when the engine cold and between 20-50 psi when hot at idle
I'm running mobil1 15w-40 oil
Location: Montreal, Quebec
How much to make a new cover like that for me?
Ok, because I was using that same port for my turbo feed but it didnt seem to be oil coming out of when I took the fitting off, it was barely wet.

I really want you to make me that little adapter coolant line you made for the (forgot what its called.....that should'nt be made of plastic) coolant neck thats on the side of the head.
I hate that dam line going over the exhaust.....thats so stupid.
GMR has got nothing on this

oh but then the coolant doesnt get nice and warm before going into the overflow tank and the engine could run a little cooler which could increase performance, you dont want that

aluminum ps and alternator pulley is already on my drawing table
is that a direct swap and bolt on? (other than rerouting ps pump lines and getting longer ones)
same belt and ps performance?

Me as well.
FU Tuning
What about using the Ho water neck and taping it and running a braided line or something?
"Oil Leak ? What oil Leak ? Oh, Thats Just The Sweat From All The HorsePower!!"
^^Right,
Just cut the damn hard line close to the side of the head, slap on a braided line with a clamp and be done with it. That is how Ive been running mine for 5 years now.

Yes same belt
I did the pulley smaller to compensate for the difference in size between the 2.4 and the 2.2 crank pulley
to keep the same flow of the ps pump

LOL I knew u were going to say that.
So you used a Quad 4 water neck? Thats what that guy means by "Ho" right?
GMR has got nothing on this
^^ LOL, oh no I have the regular 2.4 waterneck, or were you directing that to Mcmoney?

The older quads are aluminum. Spencer has one on his w41. Shouldn't be hard to drill and tap for that line. Those are my plans when the motor gets built.
"Oil Leak ? What oil Leak ? Oh, Thats Just The Sweat From All The HorsePower!!"
Okay im confused now. Iam aware the quad waterneck is not plastic....but im confused cause someone posted why not use the ho waterneck then,u agreed thats wat u have been, runinning.
GMR has got nothing on this
the quad head's have a port for the 'bleeder' line whereas the LD9's is in the water neck housing. if you use the quad's you would then need to drill and tap for the LD9 line, or simply just use a bleeder screw and be done with it.
hell, i didnt even know it would bolt on. in fact iirc i read somewhere that said it did not... idk.
Same reason why im confused, I thought it didnt bolt on either. I will verify later this weekend.

I'm about to "billeted" everything
tensioner pulley
this is what you will never see
brake line through the the inner fender
power steering reservoir
crappy russell hose, fitting that leak all the time versus a nice crimped hose
new brake setup
but i'm going to put back the brake booster I'm not strong enough the drive this car now lol
Location: Montreal, Quebec
omfg that tensioner pulley is SICK
