Bought a house, Got a nice 2 ar attached garage now. The Blue Beast will finally be finished! No more living in a storage unit!
Bought some goodies for my baby, taking her back to the painter next week to finally Polish the Paint. Getting rid of the Swirls and making is look WET!
Put my dash in the other day. Been almost 2 years since it was together.
Photo in the dark with the flash on. Can actually see some flakes in this pic

Looking great bro! So happy your getting back on it! Also congrats on the new house!
Looks good. Is your painter a detailer? Need to be careful with some body shops buffing things... We have found out from past experiences that even though they paint... finishing is not their strong suit! Just be careful! I want to see the flake in the sun!
Yes, TJ is an amazing Paint and Detailer. My car just hasn't made it back to his house and got put on the back burner for a while.
Looks great! Glad to see you're back in business

Clean! And is it me or was your trunk opening?
Straight lines are over-rated In My Opinion =]
Yes, 1st pic is the trunk open. Lock shaved off so it's all smooth.

GOT ECOTEC?
What's up? Just working and working. The Beast has been sitting in the Garage. Put about 2-300miles on it this past year... lol
Poor thing is sitting about 8" off the ground on top of brick pavers in the garage.
wanted to ask how u got the vert hinges on there and if you mind taking a few photos of the setup... and im trying to get them on.. care to shed some light on the setup.
GOT ECOTEC?
We lined them up with them bolted to the trunk and the trunk closed, then from the inside (through the fold down) welded them in place.
The verts have studs to bolt them on, so welding was the only option for us.

It is my understanding you can get 2 holes on each side to line up, and leaves one hole you have to figure out. This is going off what a friend told me.
FU Tuning
That may hold true for a coupe.
On the Sedan,. had to weld them on.
