Have to agree with welding the hood, but the work looks great.

Does the paint booth have a bake cycle? If it does throw that hood in there as many times as you can before paint. That might bring out any imperfections that may arise with the way you bonded the hood scoop.

Keep up the great work, its about damn time we see some custom bodywork going on again on this site!

I personally like the sunroofs better, but the car did't come with one. It was the best of the three I have body wise though. And Nice car SPencer..loving the white on white.

Well guys, I got some color on the car today and also received some @!#$ty news.. I had recently sent my turbo off to get rebuilt with upgraded internals because the car had come with a cheap ass ebay turbo. Come to find out, it is such on odd ball of a turbo that they cannot get parts for it. So, Im stuck with a soon to be dead turbo and the car will get to sit in the garage...

Here is a picture of the car after the paint dried. I didn't get to do any work to the car today other than a few odds and ends because the weather turned to @!#$ and the school closed at noon.

What was wrong with it? He's also tuned Brad Wheeler (Z Yaaaa). We ended up having to do a few things to mine too, because some of the plugs and @!#$ had gotten melted down from a fire in the bay from the previous owner that I did not know about. Ended up costing my much more than original estimate, but was worth it. Im getting tuned at an actual Chevy race shop in DSM next time that just opened up last fall.

Thats weird, I was told by the guy I bought the car from that I should run a standalone but it wasnt necessary. What are you expecting to get for power with your eco? Looks like a pretty serious car from what I read on your profile. And why would you want to go with a BIGGER turbo than what is on it haha? Keep us posted on that man!
