Looks awesome man. I know you said 3400/3500 swap but never mentioned the turbo. You should paint the compressor side white as well

Also think a white alternator is in your future! Looks awesome though but wiring doesnt look like fun!

the compressor will most likely be polished as will the alternator, throttle body, and the wastegate (repolished). All the pipiing and turbine housing will be coated in Swain Tech white thermal coating (refractory heat sheild) that i found through one of my turbo dodge vendors i work with for the GLH project. Due to the compactness of the setup i would feel more comfortable with the 30-50% reduction in temps, plus it looks nice too.

Ac swap? Is this because of the motor swap?

No. A/C swap is because i want to have and not see it anymore swap haha. It sucked having to polish that ac stuff all the time.

Brad just giggles, lol.

Tell me more about the AC swap, first I have heard of it and very interested in creating more room for turbo bits.

what you see is what you get, fits like it belongs there other than the firewall connections. But im working on that think i may have found some fittings i can use. The condenser will need to be changed to due to the positions of the high pressure fittings.

Also found these, thanks for turning me on to Taylor wires Brad lol.

well as bad as i was getting flamed for asking questions about the controller, i was reluctant to post anything at all tell you the truth. And the wires came from CarID.com. Taylor makes about 12 different colors from pink to teal lol.

some before stuff

my -6 converter fitting for the rail from British Car Conversions/TCE, had to order a low profile fitting for this guy, going black fittings this time vs the red/blue i had on the w41.

moved the hood cable to the wheel well, saw this done before but dont know who it was.

had to modify the shift cable bracket, cut the vertical piece and moved it down about 1.25". Still shifts smoothly.

K frame about to receive its new Addco sway bar, then going back in so i can get the downpipe orientates correctly.

random shot of my -10 return installed in the pan.

hoping to borrow a chop saw tomorrow so i can get the downpipe sectioned and TIG'd up.
