I like this bluetooth idea, I have been thinking about putting gauges and switches in the radio spot myself.

I want to do something like that but I'm still running all stock speakers on stock head unit and nothing blown at 117k. I feel like it's a crime until something eventually goes bad..

I have been wanting to move my three gauges into my radio opening for a while now....

I don't know that I'd want to run directly to an amp. I'd still want a head unit for the basic audio controls.

Well started the Saturn Rear Disk Swap with 3/8" brackets.

All the mounting points and banjo bolts are M10 x 1.5mm. I had to re-tap every hole on the manufactured calipers.

I used 30mm long bolts for the caliper, and 20mm long bolts to hold the e-brake cable bracket. I broke my cheap T-50 bit, and had to get a better torx to brake the bolts / nuts free.

I finished the passeger side...now onto the driver side.

The rear tires do now poke out a little. Once I finish the other side I'll take some pictures.

FYI, the e-brake bracket bolts are M10 x 1.25...So your threads are probably a mess in there if you retapped them to 1.5...Not really sure why GM felt the need to change that thread, but that's what they are.

I checked with my tread gauges. They are 100% 1.5mm on the re-manufactured set I bought. M10 x1.25 wouldn't even fit at all. The re-manufacturer may have messed them up.

According to GM.

Thread: M10-1.5mm; Length; 22.8mm; Hex: 11mm for the banjo bolt; X1 <---Mine were 12mm Hex
Thread: M10-1.5mm; Length: 28mm; Hex: 17mm for calipers; X2 <----I used 30mm, and 25mm long would be fine as well with 3/8" thick adapters.

I couldn't find any info from GM on the ebrake brackets.
