Finally welded the fittings to the LSJ valve cover and yes I removed the baffles before welding it up. I also used Eastwood textured black rust encapsulator on the cover as well as fitting this nice piece of carbon fiber for the individual coil cover. I will be using the the LSJ individual coil setup with this cover. Everything is wired and ready to go.

These are about 12 pounds a piece vs the stock ones at 1.5 ton each

So, I have the option of adding some four piston calipers and 12.75" rotors to the front for pretty cheap. The only downside to it is that I will have to add a 15-20mm wheel spacer for the calipers to clear the spokes. The wheels already stick out about 3/4", plus side is that I already have to make the fender flares so no big deal there. Need some input soon so that I can finalize the front end. Here are some pics of how it sits now. What are your guys thoughts about that?

I just love that you are not running stretched tires!

15-20mm is going to be tough to hide unless you can do it front and rear and make the flares flow with the rest of the body. One reason I would say do it, is they are your main brakes. Not to mention you have not gone cheap anywhere else on the build...

I say no. You have plenty of wheel sticking out. If you do that to the fronts the rear have to go out more to even it up.

I vote this, except molded on not bolted.

Actually, those fender flares look much better bolted than molded if that's the look you are going for.

A prefab fender flare will not work with my setup. I need a flare larger than 5 inches or so. I plan on buying the Eastwood Fab English Wheel to fab/roll my own flares.

Ordered the Eastwood Fab Slip Roller yesterday to make my quarter/fender flares. Also order the Vibrant Crankcase Evac kit with check valves, the rest of my fuel fittings and lines, the 22 pos weather pack bulkhead connectors for by front/rear firewalls, 1 more 6 pin fuse panel, the 1.5" stainless steel coolant pipes, and just received my c5/c6 spindles so that I can run the z06 corvette 6 piston and 4 piston calipers. I'm still waiting for my steering quick release and shift knob to arrive so I can button up the interior. Just playing the wait game at the moment for everything to get here.

C5/C6 spindles so i can run the Z06 6/4 piston calipers later

The vibrant e-vac kit came in the other day, here is what it looks like. Just need to weld them in after the wideband sensor.

Both bulkhead connectors came in as well. They are already mounted but waiting for a the 12-pin connector to get here for the dash so i can make the harness.

Welded up the new stainless steel coolant hard pipes yesterday.

This, X 1,000

Ben, this car is looking great. Personally, I would look at shortening your control arms a bit. Since you fabbed them with Heim joints, it shouldn't be a huge deal.
I'm all for a nice wide stance, but I think you might be pushing it too far. The rest of the car is so clean, I think overdoing the flares and wheel stance may take something away from it.
