got it back today from the sandblaster, gave it 3 coats of high temp low gloss black and am very happy with the results.. been thinking about doing the 2.4L Twin Cam outlined in red to match my intake and battery.. for the full update plz goto http://corpsemangler.fortunecity.com please leave comments good or bad..




and for the @!#$ of it one last shot of my car till april or may when she wakes from her long slumber..

Looks good this is the first time I noticed the antenna being shaved.

ya its my dads '97.. its a base model, 4cyl 5spd. its got quite afew mods such as the hood, grill painted black(he had the chrome one before) SS inserts, front valance, 3 peice spoiler, tahno(spelling?) cover painted black, clear corners, 3d taillights, lowered, and torue thrust II wheels which are now off like my cavys wheels since they are both stored for the winter. heres another pic of his truck, its really a nice truck..


and heres 2 pics of the IDI cover back on the car. the pics suck sorry but the cover looks sexy as hell on there..

Sweet S10. Needs a 98+ headlight/grill swap though.

I love the hood on it. At one point, I was considering making a hood like that for my Cav. Somewhere in my archives, I've got the Sport Truck mag that has the making of the Trader's truck that had the prototype of that, and it's got 2 pages just on making the hood.

not a bad looking truck... ive got a 98 s10... 4cyl 5 speed too... got intake, exhaust, painted grill, clear corners, roll pan, and tinted tails... dont have any pics... but nice cavy and 10...

i searched a lot, and this is the closest thing i could even find to answer my question, and it really didnt' lol. i just had my IDI cover sandblasted and im about to paint it. i was wondering if i should clean it with anything before i paint??? i would like to do it tonight so i'm hoping for some quick response here. anything is better than nothing, thanks guys.
